During the Maintenance Agreement coverage period, AOD will provide experienced persons for technical support. Maintenance support includes all updates and upgrades available for release. AOD incorporates all changes or enhancements that may be required as a matter of federal law. |

Initial training will be in accordance with a mutually agreed upon implementation schedule that will take into account any required system modifications. Depending on the needs of the Client, additional training will be provided onsite, via telephone or web. Further training and information will be provided once a year during AOD’s User Conference. |
